13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson -- Reviewed by Marissa
REVIEW -- 3.5/5 stars is my rating for this book. This book is about a girl named Ginny who receives 13 envelopes from her aunt. In those 13 envelopes, there are tasks she must do all around Europe. Ginny goes all around Europe. Paris, London, Greece, Rome, etc. On/during her journey, she learns different things. Not only things about her aunt but things about herself as well.
This book made me feel like I was also on a journey too. And of course, since I've never been to Europe, it seemed pretty cool. The book was paced very good. I started it last night and finished it tonight. The only thing that bothered me about this book was the ending. It felt almost like everything she went on the trip for wasn't worth anything.
I do recommend this book though. It is a very good read and perfect for the summer!
